Database Configuration

Please enter your database connection details below. If you're not sure about these, please contact your hosting provider.

Database Host

Usually 'localhost' or '127.0.0.1'

Database Port

Usually '3306' for MySQL

Database Name

The name of the database you want to use

Database Username

Database Password

Make sure the database exists and the user has permission to create tables.

Create your administrator account to manage the CBT application.

Full Name

Your full name as it will appear in the system

Username

Choose a unique username for login (no spaces or special characters)

Email Address

Used for notifications and password recovery

Admin Password

Leave blank to keep the current password

Confirm Password
